Ich hasse sie. Ich hasse es, dass ich noch an sie denke. An unsere beschissene Freundschaft, die viel zu lange ging. 10 verdammte Jahre bin ich nicht von ihr losgekommen. Das ist jetzt der Dank. Die Quittung. Ich hasse sie so sehr. Ich denke an die Jahre zurück, in denen sie mich so oft hängen lassen hat. Ich hätte früher gehen müssen. Und ich sollte einfach Gedanken mehr an so einen Menschen verschwenden. Leichter gesagt als getan…

self love is probably the most important skill in this fucking society
- put coconut oil on your lashes/eyebrows once in a while
- do your squats
- practice yoga
- read a good book
- stretch after getting up/after EVERY workout
- discover new music/films/TV shows/books
- listen to your fav song on repeat
- get up early and be productive
- exercise once in a while (3-4x per week)
- cook yourself a fresh and healthy meal
- forgive yourself, you’re only human
- write it down.
- be organised so you won’t forget your appointments
- keep being motivated, remind yourself why it is important to do so and make a list about your goals in life so you will stay focused
- call your friends/mum/dad/siblings once in a while
- you know it. Drink at least 3L water/day
- build a skincare routine
- tea tree oil for your skin is literally powerful
- build healthy eating habits, eat 3-5 meals/snacks a day, whatever is best for YOU
- do not procastinate, do what’s necessary NOW, you will thank yourself later
- avoid alcohol (if it’s too often), you will thank yourself later
- you will get the job/education that you want if you focus on your work
- study your ass off, you will thank yourself later
- a shower is the best place to think about what’s really important tho
- dance like nobody is watching
- organize your desk/closet
- put out what you want to wear the night before, it will avoid stress in the morning
- make sure you eat a healthy breakfast, it sets the tone for the day
- coffee first
- clean your room, rearrange your things
- change your sheets once in a while
- don’t forget to tell the people that you love that you love them
- never leave after a fight without saying sorry
- quit smoking if you do so, it’s more than unhealthy for your organs
- wear your fav outfit if you have a bad day
- put on lipstick
- do your nails
- look for new outfit ideas/DIY ideas/hairstyle ideas or what else you’re interested in
- start a new TV show to calm down after work
- ALWAYS remove your make-up, you will thank yourself later
- be kind to yourself
- love yourself
